Yuzu Fennel Garden Party
0.0% Gin, Yuzu & Fennel Tonic. A different way to make the moment yours.

Yuzu gives a botanical gin alternative a fragrant, sharply citrus edge, while shaved fennel adds a faint anise note. Tonic supplies enough bitterness that this doesn't need to chase the taste of a sugary cocktail. Keep the fennel very thin and remove it if its flavor becomes too strong. Different zero-proof gins vary considerably, so the balance may need a small adjustment. The finished glass should feel dry, aromatic, and quite different from a standard cucumber tonic.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 0.0% non-alcoholic gin alternative

Make it
- Prepare the fruit and herbs as listed. Lightly press soft fruit and herbs in a glass without shredding the leaves.
- Add the non-alcoholic alternative and any still juices or flavorings. Stir together and strain if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Add ice if desired, then pour in the chilled carbonated mixer. Stir gently once and serve.
