Vanilla Afterglow
Vanilla Rooibos Latte. A simple recipe for your evening wind-down.

Rooibos gives oat milk a mellow, woody tea flavor, while vanilla makes the aroma softer and more rounded. The milk adds body without turning this into a heavy dessert drink. Let the rooibos infuse properly before judging the vanilla; otherwise the tea can disappear behind the flavoring. Warm it gently and stir well. The cup is most appealing when you can still recognize rooibos beneath that creamy, familiar vanilla scent.
