Tomato Horseradish Sunday Glass
Tomato, Celery & Horseradish Spritz. A different way to make the moment yours.

Horseradish gives tomato and celery a sharp, savory kick without relying on a lot of hot sauce. Lemon keeps the flavor clear, while a small amount of sparkling water makes it feel lighter than a thick vegetable cocktail. Stir the horseradish into the tomato juice thoroughly before adding the bubbles. Check whether your juices are already salted. This is a full-flavored option for a leisurely lunch or savory snack, with a finish that's brisk rather than sweet.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Sparkling water
- 4 oz Tomato juice
- 1 1/2 oz Celery juice
- 1/8 tsp Prepared horseradish
- 1/4 oz Lemon juice
Make it
