Toasted Evening
Roasted Barley Tea. A simple recipe for your evening wind-down.

Roasted barley tea has a toasty, grain-like flavor that feels quite different from fruit or flowers. There’s a gentle savory quality, with no need to add milk or sweetness for the cup to have character. Brew according to your tea’s directions and taste before extending the steep. This is a simple, warm option for someone who likes roasted flavors and wants a quieter alternative to a strongly spiced or sweet evening drink.
