The Elderflower Intermission
NA Gin Elderflower Lemon Tonic. A simple recipe for a moment that feels like yours.

Elderflower cordial adds sweetness and fragrance to this NA gin and tonic, with lemon providing a sharper finish. Tonic is already sweetened, so the cordial deserves a measured pour. Mix the lemon and cordial with the spirit before adding tonic, then taste it cold. The floral note should be recognizable without covering the botanical base. This is a gentler, more fragrant option than a strongly bitter or rosemary-heavy tonic drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz NA gin
- 4 oz Tonic water
- 1/2 oz Elderflower cordial
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
Make it
- Add any fruit, herbs, spices, or syrup to a glass and gently press to release flavor.
- Add the still liquids and ice. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the sparkling ingredient slowly and stir once. Serve immediately.
