Strawberry Guava Dawn
Strawberry Guava Smoothie. A simple recipe for the start of your day.

Strawberry and guava make a fragrant pink breakfast blend, with a tropical sweetness that feels different from strawberries on their own. Banana rounds out the texture, and oats make it more substantial. The guava juice may already be quite sweet, so there’s good reason to taste before adding anything. Blend until smooth enough for your preferred glass or cup, then see whether you want a little more oat milk.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Unsweetened oat milk
- 1/4 cup Strawberries
- 2 oz Guava juice
- 1 fruit Banana
- 1 tbsp Rolled oats (optional)
Make it
- Add the milk and all fruit to a blender.
- Add any spices or optional oats. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass. Add a splash more milk if you prefer it thinner.
Benefits
Banana · a potassium contribution
Banana brings some potassium to the mix—a nutrient involved in normal muscle and nerve function, alongside a mellow, creamy base from oat milk. In this version, 6 oz oat milk, 1/4 cup strawberry, and 2 oz guava completes the pairing.
Strawberry · texture as well as taste
Blending strawberry with oat milk, guava, and banana gives you a sweet-tart berry flavor throughout the drink, with the whole blended ingredients staying in the glass.
