Saffron Quince Small Celebration
A fragrant saffron infusion paired with prepared quince nectar and citrus.

Quince nectar has a fragrant fruit flavor that gives saffron a softer setting than plain water would. Lemon adds a clear tart edge, while sparkling water keeps the nectar from feeling thick. The saffron needs a brief warm infusion before chilling so its aroma develops. This is a gently floral, fruit-led spritz with a more unusual character than peach or orange. It works well for a small celebration when you want something distinctive without a bitter spirit alternative.
