Ruby Aperitif Hour

NA Aperitif Pomegranate Orange Spritz. A simple recipe for a moment that feels like yours.

Ruby Aperitif Hour

Pomegranate adds dark fruit to an NA aperitif, while orange supplies a rounder, sweeter citrus note. The aperitif’s bitterness gives the juices something to work against. Mix those ingredients first so you can judge the balance before adding sparkling water. Different aperitifs vary widely, so this is worth tasting rather than pouring by habit. It should feel layered and fruity, with enough bitter character left to make it a proper slow-sipping spritz.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz NA aperitif
  • 4 oz Sparkling water
  • 2 oz Pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz Orange juice

Make it

  1. Add any fruit, herbs, spices, or syrup to a glass and gently press to release flavor.
  2. Add the still liquids and ice. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour in the sparkling ingredient slowly and stir once. Serve immediately.

Benefits

Orange · a little vitamin C

Orange brings some vitamin C to the mix—a nutrient involved in collagen formation for healthy skin, alongside a bittersweet aperitif flavor from NA aperitif.

Pomegranate with a little lift

The pomegranate brings a tart, slightly drying finish, alongside NA aperitif and orange; the chilled carbonated mixer adds a crisp texture to that pairing.

Check every NA product’s ABV. Choose clearly labeled 0.0% ingredients if you want to avoid trace alcohol.
