Red Pepper Orange Supper Spark
Sweet roasted pepper gives orange fizz a savory dinner-table direction.

Roasted red pepper brings a sweet, savory depth to orange juice, while thyme adds a small herbal note. The pepper needs to be plain and well drained so oil or jar seasoning doesn't interfere. Blend and strain carefully for a texture that feels like a drink rather than a thin sauce. This is an unusual dinner fizz with a rounded first sip and a lightly savory finish, especially appealing if you enjoy vegetable flavors but don't want another tomato-based option.
