Raspberry Rum Reunion
NA Rum Raspberry Mint Cooler. A simple recipe for a moment that feels like yours.

Raspberry brings a tart berry note to mint and lime, giving this NA rum fizz a little more depth than a plain mint drink. Gently press the fruit and leaves rather than crushing everything into a paste. The rum alternative may add sweetness or spice of its own. Finish with sparkling water and taste the citrus carefully. There’s already tartness in the raspberries, so more lime isn’t automatically the answer to every adjustment.

Make room for mint
Mint gives the NA rum, raspberry, and lime a fresh, cooling aroma—an aromatic pairing to serve freshly mixed, while the bubbles are lively.
