Raspberry Peanut Morning

A blended drink with raspberry, peanut, banana.

Raspberry Peanut Morning

Raspberry brings enough tartness to keep peanut butter and banana from tasting too heavy. The little seeds remain noticeable even after blending; strain the raspberries first if that bothers you. Smooth, unsweetened peanut butter gives the cleanest balance, with banana doing most of the sweetening. This has a familiar jam-and-peanut character without actually adding jam. Keep the peanut butter to the measured spoonful initially, since a generous extra scoop can quickly bury the berry flavor.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Smooth unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/2 fruit Ripe banana

Make it

  1. Prepare all fruit as listed. Use cooked, cooled ingredients where specified; remove every stone, core or hard stem.
  2. Add the milk and all remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend for 45–60 seconds, scraping down as needed, until smooth.
  3. Add a small splash of milk if needed to make it pourable. Serve immediately.

Benefits

Raspberry · keep the fiber

Using raspberry with oat milk, peanut butter, and banana brings fiber for normal digestion, along with a bright raspberry tang.

A blend of peanut butter, oat milk, and raspberry

Using peanut butter gives the oat milk, raspberry, and banana a roasted peanut flavor in a thicker drink for a moment when juice alone would feel a little thin.
