Raspberry Lychee Late Bloom
Warm Raspberry, Lychee & Vanilla Cup. A different way to make the moment yours.

Raspberry gives floral lychee juice a tart contrast, while vanilla makes the finish a little rounder. The berries should soften enough to release their juice before the cup is strained. Use plain lychee juice rather than undiluted syrup so the result doesn't become overly sweet. This is a softly fragrant evening drink with a light berry color and a gently tangy finish. It has a different character from a creamy raspberry milk, while remaining easy to prepare in one small pan.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Water
- 1/4 cup Raspberries

- Prepare the fruit as listed, removing all stones, cores and hard stems.
- Put the water and all remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes until any fresh fruit has softened.
