Raspberry Daydream
Raspberry Coconut Smoothie. A simple recipe for the start of your day.

Raspberry gives this oat-and-banana blend a tangy streak that keeps the texture from feeling too heavy. Coconut water lightens the liquid without adding the richness of coconut milk. The berries bring seeds as well as flavor, so expect a little texture even after blending. Let the blender deal with the oats first, then check whether you’d prefer another splash of liquid for a more drinkable consistency.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Unsweetened oat milk
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- 2 oz Coconut water
- 1 fruit Banana
- 1 tbsp Rolled oats (optional)
Make it
- Add the milk and all fruit to a blender.
- Add any spices or optional oats. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass. Add a splash more milk if you prefer it thinner.
Benefits
Banana · keep the fiber
Beside oat milk, raspberry, and coconut water, banana offers a little fiber, used by your body for keeping digestion moving regularly, as well as a smooth texture and mellow sweetness.
Raspberry in a fuller glass
The raspberry contributes a bright raspberry tang to the oat milk, coconut water, and banana blend, giving that creamy base its own flavor instead of relying on a flavored syrup.
