Raspberry Chamomile Retreat
Raspberry Lemon Chamomile. A simple recipe for your evening wind-down.

Raspberry and lemon make chamomile noticeably brighter, with the berries adding tart fruit rather than syrupy sweetness. Lightly press the raspberries and add citrus in small steps after brewing. Chamomile is gentle, so too much lemon can erase it quickly. Expect some seeds unless you strain the cup. The balance should leave a floral background beneath the berry, making this feel like fruit joining a tea rather than simply warm raspberry lemonade.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Hot water
- 1 tea bag Chamomile tea
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
Make it
- Add the tea or fruit and spices to a heatproof mug or small saucepan.
- Pour in the hot water. Steep tea for the time on its packet, or gently simmer fruit for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags. Strain if you prefer, add any optional sweetener, and sip while comfortably warm.
Benefits
Chamomile · caffeine-free with raspberry and lemon
Choose pure chamomile for this raspberry and lemon cup: its gentle floral aroma comes without the caffeine found in black tea.
A warmer side of lemon
The chamomile and raspberry carries a clean citrus sharpness from lemon, giving you a fragrant warm drink to enjoy in place of an alcoholic nightcap.
