Quince Pear Evening Pot
Warm Quince, Pear & Vanilla Cup. A different way to make the moment yours.

Quince nectar gives ripe pear a fragrant, slightly floral background, while vanilla makes the warm fruit flavor feel rounder. Use prepared quince nectar rather than raw quince, which would need a much longer cooking time. Let the pear soften before gently pressing it into the liquid. Strain if you want a clearer cup. This is a mellow evening fruit drink with a little more depth than warm apple juice, and a gentle aroma that doesn't need a strong spice blend.
