Pomegranate Open Curtains
Pomegranate Orange Water. A simple recipe for the start of your day.

Pomegranate and orange make a rounded fruit pairing: one tart and a little drying, the other softer and sweeter. Plain cold water keeps the result calmer than a sparkling spritz. Stir until the juices are evenly mixed so the first sip reflects the whole drink. This should be lighter than a breakfast juice blend, but not so diluted that the pomegranate’s distinctive finish disappears.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Cold water
- 2 oz Pomegranate juice
- 2 oz Orange juice
Make it
- Add the fruit and herbs to a glass. Gently press soft fruit or herbs to release their flavor.
- Stir in the juice, any optional salt or sweetener, and the water. If using sparkling water, add it last and stir once.
- Add ice if you like. Let infused water stand for 5 minutes for a fuller flavor.
