Pomegranate Low Glow
Warm Pomegranate Cinnamon Cup. A simple recipe for your evening wind-down.

Pomegranate gives this warm cup a tart, deep-fruit character, while cinnamon adds a softer spice aroma. Water keeps the juice from becoming too concentrated. Stir the cinnamon through the juice and hot water, then taste once it’s comfortable to sip. Ground spice may settle, so a gentle stir helps. This is more lively than a creamy evening drink, with the pomegranate’s slightly drying finish remaining part of its appeal.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Hot water
- 2 oz Pomegranate juice
- 1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
Make it
- Add the tea or fruit and spices to a heatproof mug or small saucepan.
- Pour in the hot water. Steep tea for the time on its packet, or gently simmer fruit for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags. Strain if you prefer, add any optional sweetener, and sip while comfortably warm.
Benefits
Pomegranate and cinnamon · refreshing fluids
There’s 6 oz of water behind the pomegranate and cinnamon in this recipe: everyday hydration with a tart, slightly drying finish, rather than another plain glass.
Pomegranate beside cinnamon
Using 2 oz of pomegranate adds a tart, slightly drying finish to the warm cinnamon, bringing aroma as well as taste to this combination.
