Plum Ginger Fireside
Warm Plum Ginger Cup. A simple recipe for your evening wind-down.

Plum and ginger make a lightly fruity warm infusion with a tang from the skin and a peppery finish. Ripe plum releases more flavor, especially when thinly sliced or gently pressed. Add a little ginger and give both ingredients time in the hot water. Taste before extending the infusion. The plum should still contribute softness between the warmer notes, rather than disappearing into a cup that has become almost entirely ginger.
