Plum Chamomile Pages
Plum Chamomile Tea. A simple recipe for your evening wind-down.

Plum gives chamomile a soft fruit note with a little tang from the skin. There’s no juice or sweetener to make the flavor instantly strong, so use ripe fruit and thin slices. Let the plum sit in the brewed tea for a few minutes before judging. You’re looking for a delicate fruit infusion rather than a concentrated plum drink. The tea’s floral character should remain part of what makes the cup enjoyable.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Hot water
- 1 tea bag Chamomile tea
- 1/2 fruit Plum
Make it
- Add the tea or fruit and spices to a heatproof mug or small saucepan.
- Pour in the hot water. Steep tea for the time on its packet, or gently simmer fruit for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags. Strain if you prefer, add any optional sweetener, and sip while comfortably warm.

Chamomile · caffeine-free with plum
The chamomile and plum combination offers a gentle floral aroma without caffeine—a useful option when you want another brewed drink later.
A warmer side of plum
The chamomile carries a sweet-tart plum flavor from plum, giving you a fragrant warm drink to enjoy in place of an alcoholic nightcap.
