Pistachio Rose Quiet Room
Pistachio & Rose Oat Milk. A different way to make the moment yours.

Pistachio brings a mellow, nutty richness, and a few drops of rose water give the aroma a floral edge. The rose needs restraint; it should make you pause over the scent, not make the milk taste perfumed. Smooth pistachio butter is easier to blend than whole nuts. Warm the cup gently and whisk before serving. This is a softer, more fragrant option than a spiced latte, especially when you want something with a little character but no tea or coffee.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Unsweetened oat milk
- 1 tbsp Smooth unsalted pistachio butter
- 1/16 tsp Food-grade rose water
Make it
- Prepare the ingredients as listed. Any grain, root vegetable or chestnut listed as cooked must already be fully cooked and cooled.
- Blend the cold oat milk with any fruit, nuts, seeds, nut paste or cooked ingredients until completely smooth. Whisk powders with a spoonful of milk first if needed.
- Pour into a small saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. Warm gently for 3–4 minutes while whisking; do not boil. Remove any whole peel or ginger slices before serving.
- Thin with a splash of water if needed and sip once comfortably warm.
