Pistachio Carob Evening Corner
Pistachio & Carob Oat Cup. A different way to make the moment yours.

Pistachio butter gives carob a mellow, nutty richness, while vanilla adds a softer aroma. Use a smooth, unsweetened butter so the texture stays even and the drink doesn't become unexpectedly sugary. Carob provides a gently earthy flavor rather than cocoa's sharper bitterness. Warm it slowly while whisking, and thin with a little water if the nuts make it too thick. The result is a rounded evening cup that feels special without needing whipped cream, syrup, or a long ingredient list.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Unsweetened oat milk
- 1 tbsp Smooth unsalted pistachio butter
- 1 tsp Carob powder
- 1/8 tsp Alcohol-free vanilla flavoring
Make it
- Prepare the ingredients as listed. Any grain, root vegetable or chestnut listed as cooked must already be fully cooked and cooled.
- Blend the cold oat milk with any fruit, nuts, seeds, nut paste or cooked ingredients until completely smooth. Whisk powders with a spoonful of milk first if needed.
- Pour into a small saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. Warm gently for 3–4 minutes while whisking; do not boil. Remove any whole peel or ginger slices before serving.
- Thin with a splash of water if needed and sip once comfortably warm.
Benefits
Pistachios · a little protein
Using pistachios with oat milk, carob, and vanilla brings protein for maintaining the body’s tissues, along with a distinctive, mellow nuttiness.
Carob beside oat milk, pistachios, and vanilla
Using 1 tsp of carob adds a gently sweet, roasted cocoa-like flavor to the warm oat milk, pistachios, and vanilla, bringing aroma as well as taste to this combination.
