Pear Walnut First Cup

A blended drink with pear, walnut, cinnamon.

Pear Walnut First Cup

Pear and walnut give this smoothie a mild, nutty flavor that feels closer to breakfast than dessert. Cinnamon adds warmth, but keep it light so you can still taste the pear. Use a very ripe fruit for sweetness and blend thoroughly to break down the walnut pieces. The texture will be a little more rustic than a banana-based blend. If it seems too thick, add milk a splash at a time until it pours comfortably.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/2 fruit Ripe pear, cored and sliced
  • 1 tbsp Shelled walnuts
  • 1/16 tsp Ground cinnamon

Make it

  1. Prepare all fruit as listed. Use cooked, cooled ingredients where specified; remove every stone, core or hard stem.
  2. Add the milk and all remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend for 45–60 seconds, scraping down as needed, until smooth.
  3. Add a small splash of milk if needed to make it pourable. Serve immediately.

Benefits

Pear · keep the fiber

You get a small fiber contribution from pear in the oat milk, walnuts, and cinnamon mixture, supporting keeping digestion moving regularly alongside a mellow orchard sweetness.

Cinnamon in a fuller glass

The cinnamon contributes a sweet-smelling spice note to the oat milk, pear, and walnuts blend, giving that creamy base its own flavor instead of relying on a flavored syrup.
