Pear Rosemary Last Light
Warm Pear, Rosemary & Honey Cup. A different way to make the moment yours.

Pear gives this cup a mild fruit sweetness, while rosemary adds a dry, woodsy aroma. The optional honey can round the flavor if the pear isn't particularly sweet, but try it without first. Use a small rosemary sprig and remove it before the herb takes over. Let the pear soften and press it gently into the liquid. This is an understated evening drink with a savory hint, suited to someone who likes herbal flavors but doesn't want a strong tea.
