Pear Pillow Talk
Chamomile Pear Tea. A simple recipe for your evening wind-down.

Pear makes chamomile feel a little softer and fruitier, without the strength of a juice-based drink. Thin slices release their flavor more easily than large chunks, especially when the pear is properly ripe. Brew the tea first and give the fruit a short rest in the cup. The result should stay delicate: a light floral base with a gentle pear sweetness, rather than a strong fruit tea that happens to contain chamomile.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Hot water
- 1 tea bag Chamomile tea
- 1/4 cup Pear slices
Make it
- Add the tea or fruit and spices to a heatproof mug or small saucepan.
- Pour in the hot water. Steep tea for the time on its packet, or gently simmer fruit for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags. Strain if you prefer, add any optional sweetener, and sip while comfortably warm.
