Pear Patio Pour

NA White Wine Pear Rosemary Spritz. A simple recipe for a moment that feels like yours.

Pear Patio Pour

Pear and rosemary bring a gentle fruit-and-herb combination to NA white wine. The pear needs to be ripe enough to contribute flavor, while rosemary only needs a small sprig to announce itself. Let them mingle with the wine before adding sparkling water. This is a quieter spritz than one made with citrus juice. Its appeal is noticing the soft pear between the wine’s acidity and the herb’s piney aroma.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz NA white wine
  • 2 oz Sparkling water
  • 1/4 cup Pear slices
  • 1 sprig Rosemary

Make it

  1. Add any fruit, herbs, spices, or syrup to a glass and gently press to release flavor.
  2. Add the still liquids and ice. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour in the sparkling ingredient slowly and stir once. Serve immediately.

Benefits

Pear with a little lift
