Pear Clear Morning
Pear Mint Water. A simple recipe for the start of your day.

Pear and mint give you a mild fruit water with a fresh-smelling finish. There’s no lemon here to make the flavor instantly sharp, so the quality and ripeness of the pear matter. Thin slices and a short rest help the fruit come through. Keep the mint in proportion; it’s easy to make mint water, but the pleasure of this one is noticing the pear too.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Cold water
- 1/4 cup Pear slices
- 5 leaf Mint leaves
Make it
- Add the fruit and herbs to a glass. Gently press soft fruit or herbs to release their flavor.
- Stir in the juice, any optional salt or sweetener, and the water. If using sparkling water, add it last and stir once.
- Add ice if you like. Let infused water stand for 5 minutes for a fuller flavor.
Benefits
Pear and mint · refreshing fluids
Pear and mint makes room for more water in your day. The 6 oz base carries a mellow orchard sweetness without needing alcohol to give it character.
A different side of mint
There is a fresh, cooling aroma from the measured mint in the pear mixture, giving that ingredient a place without drowning out the other flavors.
