Peach Thyme Out
Peach Thyme Fizz. A simple recipe for a moment that feels like yours.

Peach and thyme make a softer, more savory fizz than the usual peach-and-mint combination. The thyme adds a gentle woody scent, so use it sparingly while the peach releases its juice. Ripe fruit is important here; bubbles can’t compensate for a hard, flavorless peach. Press a few slices before topping up. It’s an easy drink to linger over, with the herb becoming a little more noticeable as the glass sits.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Sparkling water
- 1/4 cup Peach slices
- 1 sprig Thyme
Make it
- Add any fruit, herbs, spices, or syrup to a glass and gently press to release flavor.
- Add the still liquids and ice. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the sparkling ingredient slowly and stir once. Serve immediately.
Benefits
Peach and thyme · refreshing fluids
There’s 5 oz of water behind the peach and thyme in this recipe: everyday hydration with a mellow stone-fruit sweetness, rather than another plain glass.
Peach · more than a sweet mixer
With thyme in the glass, the measured peach contributes a mellow stone-fruit sweetness as an accent to the fizz.
