Peach Lavender Evening
Peach Lavender Rooibos. A simple recipe for your evening wind-down.

Peach and lavender give rooibos a floral, softly fruity character, but the lavender needs care. Use a small amount of culinary flowers so the cup stays fragrant rather than perfumed. Thin slices of ripe peach help the fruit remain noticeable against the tea and flowers. Brew the rooibos first, then check the infusion after a short rest. This is a delicate pairing that doesn’t improve simply by making every flavor stronger.
