Peach Chamomile Pajamas

Peach Cinnamon Chamomile. A simple recipe for your evening wind-down.

Peach Chamomile Pajamas

Peach and cinnamon give chamomile a soft, warmly scented fruit note. Ripe peach matters because the tea and spice won’t create sweetness in an underripe slice. Brew first, then give thin peach pieces time to release their flavor. Keep the cinnamon modest and stir if it settles. This is a gentler combination than spiced apple, with the floral tea and peach sharing the cup rather than one strong flavor doing all the work.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Hot water
  • 1 tea bag Chamomile tea
  • 1/4 cup Peach slices
  • 1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon

Make it

  1. Add the tea or fruit and spices to a heatproof mug or small saucepan.
  2. Pour in the hot water. Steep tea for the time on its packet, or gently simmer fruit for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags. Strain if you prefer, add any optional sweetener, and sip while comfortably warm.
