Passion Pepper First Round
0.0% Tequila, Passion Fruit & Jalapeño Spritz. A different way to make the moment yours.

Passion fruit and jalapeño make a lively combination: fragrant tart fruit followed by a small amount of heat. The tequila alternative adds another layer without needing a salted rim to make the glass interesting. Start with a very thin, deseeded pepper slice and remove it once the heat suits you. Peppers vary much more than the recipe can predict. Strain the passion fruit if you dislike seeds. The goal is a bright, spicy sip, not a challenge.
