Passion Fruit Clock-Off
Passion Fruit Ginger Mule. A simple recipe for a moment that feels like yours.

Passion fruit and ginger beer make a lively combination: fragrant tropical tartness against sweet, spicy fizz. Lime adds another sour edge, so it’s worth measuring rather than squeezing absent-mindedly. Stir the pulp and lime together before adding the mixer. Seeds may remain depending on your pulp. This is more assertive than a gentle fruit spritz, and it works best when the ginger heat and passion fruit both have room to be noticed.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
- 1 oz Passion fruit pulp
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
Make it
- Add any fruit, herbs, spices, or syrup to a glass and gently press to release flavor.
- Add the still liquids and ice. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the sparkling ingredient slowly and stir once. Serve immediately.
