Papaya Coconut Breakfast Porch
A blended drink with papaya, coconut, lime.

Papaya and coconut milk create a smooth, tropical blend with a naturally soft flavor. A little lime stops it feeling too rich and gives the finish a clearer edge. Use ripe papaya, remove every seed, and choose the carton-style unsweetened coconut milk listed in the recipe rather than thick coconut cream. The texture should be easy to drink. This is a gentler alternative to a pineapple smoothie, with the coconut providing richness rather than overwhelming sweetness.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Unsweetened oat milk
- 1/2 cup Ripe papaya, peeled and deseeded
- 2 oz Unsweetened carton coconut milk
- 1/4 oz Lime juice
Make it
- Prepare all fruit as listed. Use cooked, cooled ingredients where specified; remove every stone, core or hard stem.
- Add the milk and all remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend for 45–60 seconds, scraping down as needed, until smooth.
- Add a small splash of milk if needed to make it pourable. Serve immediately.
Benefits
Papaya · color with a purpose
Beside oat milk, coconut milk, and lime, papaya offers a little provitamin A carotenoids, used by your body for maintaining normal vision and immune function, as well as a soft tropical sweetness.
Lime in a fuller glass
The lime contributes a lively citrus tang to the oat milk, papaya, and coconut milk blend, giving that creamy base its own flavor instead of relying on a flavored syrup.
