Orange Cream Morning
Orange Vanilla Smoothie. A simple recipe for the start of your day.

Orange, vanilla, and banana give this breakfast blend a familiar creamy-citrus character, with oats making it more substantial than a juice drink. The orange should still be noticeable beneath the oat milk, rather than disappearing into the vanilla. Blend thoroughly so the oats lose their gritty texture. Because citrus can affect plant milk’s texture, make this fresh and give it another stir if it starts to separate.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Unsweetened oat milk
- 2 oz Orange juice
- 1/8 tsp Alcohol-free vanilla flavoring
- 1 fruit Banana
- 1 tbsp Rolled oats (optional)
Make it
- Add the milk and all fruit to a blender.
- Add any spices or optional oats. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass. Add a splash more milk if you prefer it thinner.
Benefits
Banana · keep the fiber
The 1 fruit of banana adds some fiber for normal digestion, with oat milk, orange, and vanilla rounding out the flavor.
A blend of orange, oat milk, and vanilla
Using orange gives the oat milk, vanilla, and banana a familiar sweet-tart citrus flavor in a thicker drink for a moment when juice alone would feel a little thin.
