Orange Aperture

NA Aperitif Orange Spritz. A simple recipe for a moment that feels like yours.

Orange Aperture

Orange softens an NA aperitif’s herbal or bitter edges, making this a gentler introduction to that style of drink. Sparkling water adds length without another sweet flavor. The aperitif you choose matters enormously: some are citrusy, some quite bitter, and others already sweet. Mix a small pour first and taste it cold. You want the orange to accompany the aperitif’s character, rather than cover it so completely that only juice remains.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz NA aperitif
  • 4 oz Sparkling water
  • 2 oz Orange juice

Make it

  1. Add any fruit, herbs, spices, or syrup to a glass and gently press to release flavor.
  2. Add the still liquids and ice. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour in the sparkling ingredient slowly and stir once. Serve immediately.

Benefits

Orange · a little vitamin C

Orange supplies some vitamin C for protecting cells from oxidative damage; pairing it with NA aperitif adds another layer to the flavor.

Make room for NA aperitif

NA aperitif gives the orange a bittersweet aperitif flavor—an aromatic pairing to serve freshly mixed, while the bubbles are lively.

Check every NA product’s ABV. Choose clearly labeled 0.0% ingredients if you want to avoid trace alcohol.
