Matcha Pear Quiet Start
A blended drink with matcha, pear, banana.

Pear softens matcha's grassy flavor, and banana makes the texture creamy without requiring yogurt. A small amount of matcha is enough to give the drink its pale green color and slightly bitter finish. Whisk the powder with a spoonful of water before blending to avoid dry clumps. Use a ripe pear and remove the core completely. The result is gentler than a strong matcha latte, but it still contains caffeine and should taste unmistakably of tea.

- 6 oz Unsweetened oat milk
- 1/4 tsp Matcha powder
