Mango Sunflower Morning
A blended drink with mango, sunflower seed, banana.

Sunflower seed butter gives mango a toasty, slightly savory counterpoint without using a nut butter. Banana smooths the texture, while mango keeps the flavor distinctly fruity. Check the seed butter label; sweetened varieties can make the drink richer than intended. The seed flavor becomes stronger as you add more, so stick with a modest spoonful initially. Blend until completely smooth and taste before thinning. This is a creamy option with more depth than a plain mango shake.
