Mango Morning Breeze
Mango Mint Cooler. A simple recipe for the start of your day.

Mango gives this a fuller fruit flavor than most sparkling waters, and mint keeps the aroma fresh. The trick is getting enough juice out of the mango without leaving large chunks that are difficult to sip around. Mash ripe pieces well, then add the bubbles gently. Expect a little fruit texture rather than a perfectly clear drink; that’s part of what makes it feel generous.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Sparkling water
- 1/4 cup Mango chunks
- 5 leaf Mint leaves
Make it
- Add the fruit and herbs to a glass. Gently press soft fruit or herbs to release their flavor.
- Stir in the juice, any optional salt or sweetener, and the water. If using sparkling water, add it last and stir once.
- Add ice if you like. Let infused water stand for 5 minutes for a fuller flavor.
Benefits
Mango and mint · refreshing fluids
Using mango and mint turns the measured water into a drink with a full tropical fruit flavor. That water still counts toward your fluid intake.
A sparkling setting for mint
