Mango Island Morning
Mango Coconut Smoothie. A simple recipe for the start of your day.

Mango and coconut water give this breakfast blend a tropical direction, while banana and oats make it thick enough to feel substantial. The coconut note is light, not the rich flavor you’d get from coconut cream. Use soft, ripe mango and blend well so the fruit fibers don’t catch in every sip. If it thickens while you’re getting ready, stir in a little extra oat milk before drinking.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Unsweetened oat milk
- 1/4 cup Mango chunks
- 2 oz Coconut water
- 1 fruit Banana
- 1 tbsp Rolled oats (optional)
Make it
- Add the milk and all fruit to a blender.
- Add any spices or optional oats. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass. Add a splash more milk if you prefer it thinner.
Benefits
Banana · a potassium contribution

A blend of mango, oat milk, and coconut water
Using mango gives the oat milk, coconut water, and banana a full tropical fruit flavor in a thicker drink for a moment when juice alone would feel a little thin.
