Mango Carrot First Bus

A blended drink with mango, carrot, ginger.

Mango Carrot First Bus

Mango makes this blend thick and fruity, while carrot juice gives it a more grounded flavor than an all-fruit smoothie. Ginger adds a small warm prickle at the end. Blend it thoroughly so the mango is completely smooth; frozen chunks may need an extra splash of milk. The finished drink should pour easily rather than sit like a puree. It's a useful choice when you want a substantial-feeling morning glass with a little spice instead of banana sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/2 cup Mango chunks
  • 2 oz Carrot juice
  • 2 slice Fresh ginger, thinly sliced

Make it

  1. Prepare all fruit as listed. Use cooked, cooled ingredients where specified; remove every stone, core or hard stem.
  2. Add the milk and all remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend for 45–60 seconds, scraping down as needed, until smooth.
  3. Add a small splash of milk if needed to make it pourable. Serve immediately.

Benefits

Mango · color with a purpose

Using mango with oat milk, carrot, and ginger brings beta-carotene for making vitamin A for normal vision, along with a full tropical fruit flavor.

A blend of carrot, oat milk, and mango

Using carrot gives the oat milk, mango, and ginger a mellow vegetable sweetness in a thicker drink for a moment when juice alone would feel a little thin.
