Lychee Chamomile Moon Window
Lychee & Vanilla Chamomile. A different way to make the moment yours.

Lychee adds a floral fruit sweetness that sits naturally beside chamomile's own aroma. Vanilla makes the finish a little softer, but it should be used sparingly so the cup doesn't become perfumed. Choose plain lychee juice rather than thick canned-fruit syrup. The tea remains the background flavor, with the fruit giving it a small change of direction. This is a lightly sweet evening option for someone who enjoys delicate aromas and wants something different from honey or lemon.
Ingredients
- 1 tea bag Chamomile tea
- 6 oz Water
- 2 oz Lychee juice
- 1/8 tsp Alcohol-free vanilla flavoring
Make it
- Prepare any fruit as listed, removing stones, cores and hard stems.
- Brew the tea in the measured water according to its packet, then remove the bag.
- Whisk any nut or seed butter into a spoonful of the hot tea first. Add it back with the fruit, juice, spices or other listed flavorings. Warm gently in a small pan for 3–4 minutes if needed to soften fruit; do not boil.
- Strain if preferred, removing whole peel, herb or ginger pieces. Serve at a comfortable drinking temperature.
