Hazelnut Date Quiet Lamp
Hazelnut, Date & Cinnamon Milk. A different way to make the moment yours.

Hazelnut and date give this milk a toasted, caramel-like character without adding a flavored syrup. Cinnamon adds a little warmth, but the hazelnut should remain easy to taste. A soft date blends more smoothly than a firm one, so soak it briefly if needed. Whisk the milk as it heats to keep the nut butter distributed evenly. This is a rounded, gently sweet evening drink, useful when you want a change from carob but still like a little richness in the mug.
