Guava Clementine Hello
A sparkling drink with guava, clementine, lime.

Guava juice has a distinctive tropical fragrance that pairs well with clementine's softer citrus flavor. Lime cuts through the sweetness without making the drink taste like lemonade. Some guava drinks are thick nectars, so dilute a little more if yours pours slowly. You want a sparkler you can sip easily, with a fragrant fruit finish. Chill all three liquids before combining them; that keeps the bubbles lively without relying on a glass packed with ice.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Sparkling water
- 2 oz Guava juice
- 2 oz Clementine juice
- 1/4 oz Lime juice
Make it
- Prepare the fruit and herbs as listed. Mash soft fruit to release juice; lightly press herbs or thin ginger slices without shredding them.
- Add the still juices and stir. Strain out seeds, skins or herb pieces if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Pour in the chilled sparkling water slowly and stir once. Serve immediately, with ice if you like.
