Guava Cinnamon Evening Room
Warm Guava, Cinnamon & Vanilla Cup. A different way to make the moment yours.

Guava has a distinctive tropical fragrance that becomes softer in a warm cup. Cinnamon adds a little warmth and vanilla gives the finish a rounded aroma. The juice may be quite thick if it's sold as nectar, so add a splash more water if needed. Keep the spices light enough that the guava remains easy to recognize. This is a mellow evening fruit drink with a fuller aroma than apple or pear, without needing a complicated preparation or a sweet syrup.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Water
- 2 oz Guava juice
- 1/16 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Alcohol-free vanilla flavoring
Make it
- Prepare the fruit as listed, removing all stones, cores and hard stems.
- Put the water and all remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes until any fresh fruit has softened.
- Mash softened fruit gently, then strain if you prefer a smoother cup. Remove whole peel, herbs or ginger pieces. Serve comfortably warm.
