Grapefruit Golden Hour
NA IPA Grapefruit Radler. A simple recipe for a moment that feels like yours.

Grapefruit and an NA IPA can make a deliberately bitter pairing. The juice adds citrus fruit as well as tartness, while the beer brings hops and a firmer finish. This is better suited to someone who enjoys IPA than someone hoping to hide it. Pour gently to keep the foam manageable, then check the balance. A very hoppy bottle may need less grapefruit than a softer, fruitier style.
Ingredients
- 6 oz NA IPA
- 2 oz Grapefruit juice
Make it
- Add any fruit, herbs, spices, or syrup to a glass and gently press to release flavor.
- Add the still liquids and ice. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the sparkling ingredient slowly and stir once. Serve immediately.
Benefits
Grapefruit · a little vitamin C
Beside NA ipa, grapefruit offers a little vitamin C, used by your body for normal immune function, as well as a pleasantly bitter citrus edge.
A different side of NA ipa
There is a hoppy, bitter edge from the measured NA ipa in the grapefruit mixture, giving that ingredient a place without drowning out the other flavors.
Check every NA product’s ABV. Choose clearly labeled 0.0% ingredients if you want to avoid trace alcohol.
If your medicine advises avoiding grapefruit, choose a different recipe or check with your pharmacist.
