Grape Tarragon Dinner Glass

0.0% Gin, White Grape & Tarragon Tonic. A different way to make the moment yours.

Grape Tarragon Dinner Glass

White grape juice supplies a gentle sweetness, and tarragon adds a distinctive anise-like aroma that works well with botanical flavors. Tonic keeps the combination from becoming too soft. Use a small fresh sprig and lift it out once you can taste it. The grape should round the drink rather than make it taste like a wine substitute. This is a good dinner-table option with a slightly herbal finish and enough bitterness to make slow sipping feel natural.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz 0.0% non-alcoholic gin alternative
  • 4 oz Tonic water
  • 2 oz White grape juice
  • 1 small sprig Fresh tarragon

Make it

  1. Prepare the fruit and herbs as listed. Lightly press soft fruit and herbs in a glass without shredding the leaves.
  2. Add the non-alcoholic alternative and any still juices or flavorings. Stir together and strain if you prefer a smoother texture.
  3. Add ice if desired, then pour in the chilled carbonated mixer. Stir gently once and serve.
