Ginger Chamomile Settle
Ginger Honey Chamomile. A simple recipe for your evening wind-down.

Fresh ginger gives chamomile a warmer finish, while honey softens the contrast between the spice and the delicate tea. Brew the chamomile first and let a small amount of ginger infuse briefly. Taste before adding honey so you’re sweetening a flavor you actually like. The ginger shouldn’t need to be hidden. It’s a more expressive chamomile cup, but the floral base should still be there between those gently warming sips.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Hot water
- 1 tea bag Chamomile tea
- 2 slice Fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp Honey (optional)
Make it
- Add the tea or fruit and spices to a heatproof mug or small saucepan.
- Pour in the hot water. Steep tea for the time on its packet, or gently simmer fruit for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags. Strain if you prefer, add any optional sweetener, and sip while comfortably warm.
