Dragon Fruit Pineapple Start
A blended drink with dragon fruit, pineapple, banana.

Pineapple supplies most of the tang here, while dragon fruit adds a mild fruit flavor and those tiny, crunchy seeds. Banana rounds out the texture without needing yogurt. Pink dragon fruit makes a vivid glass, but the white variety works equally well. Blend just until smooth; there is no need to try to make the seeds disappear. The result is a bright, tropical breakfast drink whose flavor is more familiar than its unusual appearance might suggest.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Unsweetened oat milk
- 1/2 cup Dragon fruit flesh

Benefits
Banana · a potassium contribution
The 1/2 fruit of ripe banana adds some potassium for normal muscle and nerve function, with oat milk, dragon fruit, and apple juice rounding out the flavor.
A blend of dragon fruit, oat milk, and apple juice
Using dragon fruit gives the oat milk, apple juice, and banana a gentle fruit flavor and flecked texture in a thicker drink for a moment when juice alone would feel a little thin.
