Daybreak Grapefruit
Grapefruit Rosemary Fizz. A simple recipe for the start of your day.

Grapefruit has enough character to carry this without much help. Rosemary adds a piney scent that makes its bitterness feel intentional, while the bubbles keep the juice from becoming too heavy. A small sprig is plenty; this shouldn’t taste like the herb garden landed in your glass. Pour it cold, let the rosemary sit briefly, and expect a crisp morning drink with a pleasantly dry finish.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Sparkling water
- 2 oz Grapefruit juice
- 1 sprig Rosemary
Make it
- Add the fruit and herbs to a glass. Gently press soft fruit or herbs to release their flavor.
- Stir in the juice, any optional salt or sweetener, and the water. If using sparkling water, add it last and stir once.
- Add ice if you like. Let infused water stand for 5 minutes for a fuller flavor.

Rosemary with a little lift
