Cucumber Dill Savory Morning
A savory cucumber-and-dill variation inspired by Turkish ayran.

Yogurt makes this glass tangy and creamy, while cucumber and dill keep it firmly savory. Whisking adds a light foam that makes the texture feel less heavy than a smoothie. It works especially well alongside breakfast rather than as a sweet drink on its own. Use only a small amount of dill; it can take over surprisingly quickly. If you've never had a salted yogurt drink, start with very little salt and adjust after the first sip.
