Cucumber Dill Back Garden
Cucumber, Dill & Lime Fizz. A different way to make the moment yours.

Dill makes cucumber taste a little more savory and grown-up than the usual mint-water combination. Lime supplies the sharper note, while sparkling water keeps the whole glass light. Use only a small amount of finely chopped dill, or strain the still mixture before adding the bubbles. Too much herb can make this feel like a salad dressing experiment. When the balance is right, it's clean, green, and pleasantly dry, a good choice for someone who rarely wants a sweet drink.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Sparkling water
- 4 slice Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp Fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 oz Lime juice
Make it
- Prepare the fruit and herbs as listed. Mash soft fruit to release juice; lightly press herbs or thin ginger slices without shredding them.
- Add the still juices and stir. Strain out seeds, skins or herb pieces if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Pour in the chilled sparkling water slowly and stir once. Serve immediately, with ice if you like.
